Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, including responsibility relating to defective or unsafe Products where applicable.

8. Product Suitability

A Product not matching a personal preference does not necessarily mean that the Product is defective.

However, eligible Products may still qualify for return under our voluntary 30-day Return & Refund Policy.

Novelle Living works with a network of suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, and fulfillment partners.

Some Products may be shipped from fulfillment facilities located outside the United States.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For eligible Products returned because you changed your mind, selected the wrong size or dimensions, or determined that the Product does not suit your space, the conditions of our voluntary return policy apply.

Unused or only handled as reasonably necessary for inspection;
Clean;
Free from stains, odors, scratches, installation marks, or customer-caused damage;

18. Canceling an Order Before Shipment

Because orders may enter processing shortly after being placed, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be completed before shipment.

If the order has already been processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped, immediate cancellation may no longer be operationally possible.

If the order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Personalized, customized, or made-to-order Products may be subject to additional cancellation restrictions where disclosed and permitted by law.

19. Failed Delivery and Incorrect Addresses

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

If delivery fails because:

The address supplied was incorrect or incomplete;

Where permitted by applicable law, we may charge or deduct reasonable shipping, return, or re-delivery costs attributable to inaccurate information or actions by the customer.

This does not apply where failed delivery resulted from our error or an error attributable to a carrier or fulfillment partner selected by us.

Any incentive offered for providing a review must not depend on whether the review is positive or negative.

By voluntarily submitting content for publication, you grant Novelle Living and Outlight Systems a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, format, adapt for technical presentation, and use that content in connection with operating and promoting Novelle Living.

You retain ownership of intellectual-property rights you hold in your content.

We will not knowingly alter a customer review in a way that materially changes the reviewer's meaning.
